ECRU is a multi-brand clothing and accessories store for men and women. They make a careful selection of timeless designs by brands that are governed by principles of sustainability.
We got excited about those two large windows evoking symmetry and duality and the search for a precise order.
The main challenge was providing the most significant number of linear meters of exposure for hangers, shelves, shoes, and accessories, giving them a dignified space highlighting each element.

The niches in the form of semicircular arches do this function. Between them, the partitions in the form of a double arch make up the grid of the premises while hiding the columns.
We wanted to keep the travertine cladding on the façade; in part because, although aged, he was a noble witness to the years of the construction of the building. Partly because it was in perfect dialogue with the palette of natural materials that we wanted to choose for the project.
We also look for the contrast between rough materials, such as the lime mortar that covers walls and ceilings and evokes a serene environment, and extremely smooth and polished materials such as marble.

Ultramarine blue reinforces this game of contrast with the range of crudes, with the ecru.
